Womens plus size clothing swimsuit
The following is a guide to help you to successfully choose womens
plus size swimsuits that will work best for you and accentuate
your body.
We have divided up the shapes into four categories:
Small busted
Large busted
Pear shaped
short leg or torso.
Small busted women:
-This includes B cup and under.
- Triangle bikini or halter top will work best as they will add
volume to the bust.
- Try underwire bikinis too as they tend to uplift.
- Printed swimwear and lighter colors can also add effect.
- A wide belted like bottoms will draw eyes to the waist.
Avoid: Bandeau top- can cause a flattened effect.
Large Busted women:
-This includes D cup or larger.
- The main concern is support for you and this can be found in
plus size underwire swimsuits, soft cups and also sculpted swimsuits.
- Wrap tops also work to the same effect.
- One piece or underwire tops work best for Large Busted women
as they tend to not make the bust appear smaller.
- V neck line tops will show off the bust well. Make sure to include
strong straps and stripes or colorblocking to an optimum look.
Pear shaped:
-Described as lighter on top and curved more around the hips and
thighs.
- Even out the overall body shape by wearing strapless, one piece,
full colored womens plus size swimsuit.
- Prints on the top half will draw the attention away from the
hips and thighs.
- Drape a wrap around your waist to reduce the waistline look
by inches.
Avoid: Boy shorts and string bikinis.
Short legs or torso:
-The key here is to help make the figure appear to lengthen.
- This can be done by picking a suit that is high on the waist
and has a tie around the hips or waist. -A solid colored bottoms
with a print top is a good fix to length and balance the figure.
- Flip flops which are chunky are a short fix but it will help
add balance to your body with a correct swimsuit.
Avoid: Skirt bikinis and boy shorts.
